The video actually relaxed me. The nice music and the calm relaxed voice helped me relax. I felt like I was in a place of peace and comfort. If I could go to that place more often I think my life would not be as stressful. I might even take it as far as if I would listen to the video when I lay down to sleep it might actually help me sleep.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the meditation also. It is nice to take time away from our busy schedules and focus on relaxing and spending a few minutes in peace and quiet for a change. I'm sure with two kids it was nice taking a little quiet time for yourself. It is kind of difficult for me to lay there and not think about making dinner, or what i need to do that day, etc. But I think with a little practise i should be able to figure it out. Good luck with this class.
